Error Message

Your domain is not yet pointing to our nameservers ns1.infinityfree .com and ns2.infinityfree. com. Please change your nameservers at your domain name provider and wait a few hours for the change to take effect. You can also create an account with a subdomain first.

I guess there is something wrong with the hosting dns.
Please try 3 hrs later

facing same issue , don’t know why though :smiling_face_with_tear:

I tested and I can’t also seem to create another hosting account with a subdomain name chosen from fantasy.

@anon12011699, you may want to try to click on “Create Account” to see if it gives the same NS error as us, and if it does let’s wait some time for the situation to stabilise.

The issue has been resolved now.

The issue only occurred when you clicked the Create Account button, not on the availability check. The issue was caused someone on iFastNet’s side.
