Don’t use the File Manager to upload files if you know that they are too many. Set up an FTP client on your computer and use that instead to upload your website files on your htdocs folder.

Your FTP password
The FTP hostname
An FTP client
You can find your FTP username, password and hostname in the client area under the FTP Details section.
