Cannot get SSL certificate

Hi

my domain name is posylandketocreations.com

When I try to obtain the SSL I see this message, FTP connection Error: FTP Type, Host, or Port is incorrect or your server/firewall is misconfigured. Contact your host, admin, or developer for help with the correct values or proper configuration of server/firewall. Otherwise try using manual verification instead.

I am trying to get the certificate from Lets Encrypt

I am not very technically minded and havent really got a clue what I am doing so any help woulkd be very much appreciated

I have just had a read through the link I really dont understand what TXT record validation is but I am presuming that I cant get the certificate from them, is there anywhere else I can get one? I have seen other people mention cloudflare, should I try this?
