There are some known bugs that can cause phpMyAdmin to not work in some circumstances. We’re not entirely sure how to fix that properly, but we do know how to work around it. Please see this article for more info on how to do that:
Some people experience problems when trying to access phpMyAdmin from their control panel. This usually happens after the password of the hosting account was changed.
When this happens, you may see a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS, “The page isn’t redirecting properly” or “redirected you too many times” error.
This article explains what you can do to regain access to phpMyAdmin.
