Yes, the ZIP, ZipArchive and ZLIB modules are currently missing on free hosting. This is a known issue and we’re working on it. We already posted an announcement about this, but since people don’t seem to read outage announcements, here is a second announcement with a harder to miss title. The actual outage announcement is here:

It’s yet to be fixed. Meanwhile, do as @katufo said.
