Cannot Add New Custom Domain

Error Message

The site is offering to allow me to add my custom domain after CNAME validation method, but when I click the button it just gives a nameserver error and does not add the domain properly.

My DNS records ARE correct, I promise(I work in IT, lol)

Custom nameservers on CloudFlare are not an option - not because I am stubborn but because they don’t allow it. :slight_smile:

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Client Area and the backend system use independent DNS checks so it’s totally possible for the Client Area to say OK while the backend says no.

Please give it some more time then retry.
