Cannot add domain bluteh.si – CNAME validation impossible

Hello,

I am trying to add my domain bluteh.si to my hosting account, but I cannot complete the verification.

My nameservers are already set to:

• ns1.epizy.com

• ns2.epizy.com

InfinityFree tells me to add this CNAME record:

a9ebc0f5a145579ccd7faf7d6089a195

Target:
ns1.byet.org

The problem is that in the Control Panel I see “NO DOMAINS ON ACCOUNT”, so I cannot add any DNS records at all.
My registrar (hitrost.com) confirmed that they cannot add the CNAME because DNS is now fully controlled by InfinityFree.

So I am stuck:

• I cannot add the domain without CNAME

• I cannot add the CNAME because the domain is not added

• The domain cannot be added because validation fails

Please add the CNAME record manually or verify the domain manually so I can add it.

Please make sure to carefully read and follow the instructions provided to you in the client area.

• If you want to use nameserver verification, then point your domain name to the namesevers that the client area tells you to use. Which, since your account is not over three years old, are ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com, not the epizy.com nameservers. Using the epizy.com nameservers will not work.
• You can verify your domain name by changing the nameservers OR by setting up a CNAME record. You cannot do both, precisely due to the restriction that you’ve experienced. And you don’t have to: just pick one of the two method and apply it correctly.

You really don’t need me to do anything for you. You can ignore the CNAME instructions. Just point your domain name to the right nameservers and you’ll be able to add it to your account without issues.
