I had previously connected my domain to another InfinityFree account. I have now permanently deleted that account and removed the domain from it as well.
Now, when I try to add this domain to my new InfinityFree account, I still get the same error message saying it’s already in use.
Kindly remove my domain from your system so I can use it again. I can provide ownership proof if needed.
Are you absolutely sure the account is fully deleted and the domain was really removed? Because you shouldn’t have this error if that were the case.
From what I can see, the domain is still linked to an account. And one which appears to have been created on the 20th of May, so that one definitely cannot have been permanently deleted.
Please note that, both on our hosting and ProFreeHost, there is no “delete account” functionality you can use. Only a deactivate account option, which crucially doesn’t delete your account or remove your domains from it.
So please login to ProFreeHost, verify that the account is really deleted, not just deactivated. If it’s deactivated, reactive it, go into the control panel, and remove the domain names from it.
