Cannot access FILE MANAGER for my website

My website link is:

The website is up, I can even reach file through Filezilla, but when I try to login via vpanel and use File Manager the box pops up saying: ‘Error! Could not read line from socket.’

Is there a problem with IP address of hosting?

I am used to manipulating plugins and solving critical error issues on my website via File Manager (for example Yoast SEO, JetPack or Elementor update causes a critical error and I am forever stuck in Maintenance Mode so only forceful disabling of plugin folder could solve it). If I cannot access File Manager, how I am supposed to retrieve my website if it again experiences ‘critical error’?

Btw thank you for the services you provide. I am fully aware there is no such thing as free hosting in this world.

It looks that Filemanager is temporary down. That should work after a hour or hours.

I dont have extra stuff installed but i cant reach it either. Im using monsta and it throws this error also. I hope this gets fixed soon
