The paid plans are not provided by InfinityFree, but by their partner iFastNet, who is a separate company. You’ll have to contact them for support or a refund.
For future reference, InfinityFree has no process to take payments because they don’t provide paid hosting. So if you ever get asked to provide payment information, then you’ve left InfinityFree’s site.
Also, this is a pubic support forum. I would highly recommend not sharing your email address on posts.
