If a hosting account is deleted, so are the files. Hopefully you can take this as a lesson to always have a backup.

As Greenreader9 said its best to have a regular local backup
Anyways try putting your old website url into https://archive.org/ and if you’re really really lucky and I really mean really really lucky they might have an archived backup
