Why am I getting this error?
This afternoon I had problems with the control panel but they were solved, now I have the problem of being able to enter the web.
it does not work, there should be a form to enter. above it says that it cannot connect to the server.
If nobody gets the form, does it help to clear cache?
It depends. what is the server? if it is SQL related, those seem to be having trouble right now.
Maybe wait 24 hrs, issues seem to be fixed that fast. Until then, there is really not much you CAN do.

The problem is with the database, when I try to enter I get this error. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
The form is loading for me now.
