Can I get emails for my sub domain

My Website is forgehost.rf.gd

So I just want to get my emails as [email protected]

I tried improvMX but I can’t see my sub domain on MX entry. Please if there’s a guide tell me. I’m cooked rn. I just want to receive and send emails from that email.

Not possible for email on free subdomain.
You need a custom domain to do that

You cant, but if you really want, you can use the us.kg domain (or qzz.io, the free domain name), connect it to cloudflare and use cloudflare to connect the domain to IF server and also use cloudflare to make a web server (i think it is a paid server i dont remember)
