I’m making a website using NameLessMC and on all other webhosts I’ve used, to make the website work, I have to delete .htaccess! I am wondering if you guys could do it.

No, but you can override it (default .htaccess) with the new .htaccess file inside the htdocs folder

Yes, you can delete the default .htaccess. You just can’t make changes to it.
Although I would be quite surprised if you truly need to delete the .htaccess file. All rules provided by default don’t really change how your website works, and can easily be overriden by the rules in your own .htaccess file.
