Why do many people use cloudflare and why not use CDN from default hosting, because I will explain why using Cloudflare is so good
Cloudflare will speed up access by storing caches from nearby countries. For example, I live in Indonesia and the cache of my Website is hosted on InfinityFree assuming I am in the US will be placed in Singapore to speed up access where visitors are located and this is very useful
Cloudflare can limit visitors, as my site also uses this because my site uses Indonesian, therefore I only allow some of the countries closest to me to be able to access and not allowed from visitors other than that country, for example if you access my site https://tasya.my.id, of course. then you cannot access it if your country is not near my country and you can access it if it is near my country
Cloudflare can reduce DDOS by verifying what browser is used and we can display Captcha when there are visitors so that it will increase the security of a site
Cloudflare also has a feature always online, so when we have a problem on the website and displays an error then visitors to a site will be asked if they want to use the website’s appearance before going down so it is useful
Cloudflare can protect you to hide the original and unknown DNS from where your hosting is coming from, so that if an attacker wants to attack our site using an IP address it will be rejected by Cloudflare and this also saves resources from bandwidth
