If violations are discovered on an account, all your accounts are suspended for review and not just the site with the violation.
I understand a forum is user contributed content so it’s hard to control what they upload. But stating clearly in your forum rules that pornographic content is not allowed, and strict moderation of the uploaded content should keep the risk to a minimum.
