Yes, however not with a single button press, as you will need to have an FTP client:
However I wouldn’t reccomend downloading to your phone as it might not be powerful enough/faster then any regular computer.

If you are using wordpress, i highly recommend you to try Duplicator plugin, it can help you to backup your database and your file at the same time and the plugin make it easy for you to re-install the web that you backup

And it will help you get your account suspended in two minutes because backup plugins takes a huge amount of resources. That why they aren’t recommended here.

Hello there!
Basically what you have to do is just use the FTP client on your computer and download the htdocs folder, which contains all of your site files afterwards you can simply share it to your phone via so many options.
