# Back-up disabled in softaculous dashboard

### Error Message

The back-up option in softaculous is disabled and not showing, i asked softaclous support and they said hosting account disabled  
" Please ask your host to uncheck the “Disable Backup/Restore Function for Endusers” setting from Softaculous Admin panel-\>Settings-\>General "
