Average SSL Certificate creation time

Trying to create an SSL certificate so I can use my website over HTTPS properly.
I’m doing it through Google Trust, the recommended option.
Status has been in Draft for a few hours.
I know it says this can take a few hours, but was wondering what the average time is for the information to propagate.
