Message to InfinityFree Support
Hello InfinityFree Support Team,
I hope you are well.
I am requesting assistance regarding my domain.
I recently discovered that my previous hosting account — which was associated with this domain — was deleted on your system. I do not recall deleting the account myself, but the strange thing is that the website continued to work for almost one full year after the account deletion, even though the account was showing as deleted.
Just a few days ago, the website suddenly started displaying blank white pages on the frontend, while the WordPress admin dashboard continued working. This made me suspect that something related to the old InfinityFree hosting environment might be blocking the domain or preventing a proper connection.
Right now, I need your help because:
My domain is still showing as “already in use on InfinityFree.”
This prevents me from adding the domain to a new hosting account or moving it elsewhere.
Since the old account was deleted long ago, I no longer have access to remove the domain myself.
My Request
Kindly assist me with ONE of the following options (whichever is possible on your side):
Option 1: Remove the domain from any old/deleted records
So that I can attach it to a new hosting account and continue using my website normally.
OR
Option 2: Restore the old hosting account, if possible
In case the deletion was accidental or partial, and the website environment still has recoverable configuration. I understand your policy on deleted accounts, but I am hoping that since the site continued functioning for a long time after deletion, there may be something you can check or clarify on your side.
Why I’m Requesting This

I did not intentionally delete the account.

The domain still seems to be locked in the system.

I urgently need to host my website again but cannot because the domain is stuck in an old record.

Even if the site cannot be restored, I at least need the domain freed so that I can proceed.
