Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

I hope you are well.
I am requesting assistance regarding my domain.

I recently discovered that my previous hosting account — which was associated with this domain — was deleted on your system. I do not recall deleting the account myself, but the strange thing is that the website continued to work for almost one full year after the account deletion, even though the account was showing as deleted.

Just a few days ago, the website suddenly started displaying blank white pages on the frontend, while the WordPress admin dashboard continued working. This made me suspect that something related to the old InfinityFree hosting environment might be blocking the domain or preventing a proper connection.

Right now, I need your help because:

This prevents me from adding the domain to a new hosting account or moving it elsewhere.

Since the old account was deleted long ago, I no longer have access to remove the domain myself.

My Request

Kindly assist me with ONE of the following options (whichever is possible on your side):

:check_mark: Option 1: Remove the domain from any old/deleted records

So that I can attach it to a new hosting account and continue using my website normally.

OR

:check_mark: Option 2: Restore the old hosting account, if possible

In case the deletion was accidental or partial, and the website environment still has recoverable configuration. I understand your policy on deleted accounts, but I am hoping that since the site continued functioning for a long time after deletion, there may be something you can check or clarify on your side.

Why I’m Requesting This

  • I did not intentionally delete the account.

  • The domain still seems to be locked in the system.

  • I urgently need to host my website again but cannot because the domain is stuck in an old record.

  • Even if the site cannot be restored, I at least need the domain freed so that I can proceed.

If the old account is actually deleted, then the domain is also removed.
Is it possible theres a second old account thats maybe suspended, but not deleted?

All accounts were deleted, including the one for ozaldigitalservices.com, but when I try to add this domain in another account, it says this domain is currently in use under another account, so I have to delete it from there.

If you’re certain it’s deleted (and not just suspended. Remember that you need to suspend an account first, then it’ll be deleted after 60 days ish), and not linked to any other accounts, then unfortunately Admin is the only one who can help.

If:

  • The website is working.
  • You’re getting a message saying the domain is already in use.

That means the domain is actually in use on a hosting account, and the hosting account hosting the domain is not deleted.

Just because the account may have been listed as “Website for ozaldigitalservices.com” doesn’t mean it was actually hosting the domain. That’s the account label, which is just a bit of free-form text that you configured at some point to say that.

Looking at the login history of the other account, I’m guessing that you signed up with another email address as well, because I can see logins from the same IP address on the same day.

Do you recall which email address you may also have used?

In my account, it says the domain account was deleted back in 2024, yet it has been working all that long till the SSL expired, when i noticed it was deleted, I transferred the hosting to cloudflare, then it worked for a month or two without issue, until now it shows blank pages, inside wp-admin, i can edit a page, but when you save or try to view, it comes out blank. So I’ve exported everything from wp-admin, tried to re-create new domain account to restore the website, but infinity says it’s alright in use inside this account. So I can’t proceed

You misunderstand.

Your website is working. If it’s working, it means that it’s assigned to an active hosting account. There is simply no other way the website could be working.

A deleted account cannot host a website. The domain may have been assigned to a previous account before, and that account may have been labeled as “Website for ozaldigitalservices.com”. But if that account was deleted in 2024, it cannot have possibly hosted your website in this year.

I was able to lookup the other account. From there, I can see that:

  • The domain is actually in use on an active hosting account.
  • This account is not linked to the email address you’re using here.
  • The email address of this other profile is not the same, but looks somewhat similar. And given that both accounts were accessed from the same IP address on the same day in late 2024, I’m pretty sure that this other account is yours too.

So to proceed, all you need to do is recall that other email address, so you can login to that profile, and manage your website. There is no need to export websites, remove domains, or whatnot. Your website and account are fully active, fully setup, and simply waiting for you to access it so you can resolve the blank pages issue.
