Hello Valued Customer,

This mail is to inform you that your site with the username epiz_24004173 has utilised over 50% of its daily resource limits.

This limit is reset every day.

The resources that your site has used over 50% on is :

io warning

You can log into your cpanel with the username epiz_24004173 and in here click on ā€˜Account Statisticsā€™ in here there are graphs that show your daily resource usage.

The free plan is a great place to get your site online and making profit, however it does have limited resources available to it, you would need to optimize your script(s) to reduce usage, OR upgrade to a premium plan.

Premium plans have a MUCH higher resource allocation, along with the cPanel panel unlimited disk space, and much much more. For more information please visit Web Hosting, Domain Registration, Dedicated Server, VPS Server

Once the premium hosting account has been purchased please create a support ticket asking for your free hosting account to be migrated to the premium hosting account and we will do the rest.

Blacklist / block [email protected] if you donā€™t want to receive emails from them anymore!

I donā€™t want them in my SPAM folderā€¦ I want them out of my mail completelyā€¦

I didnā€™t say to mark the emails from them as spam, but to block the [email protected] email from your mail client! And then delete all the messages from it.

Blocking addresses in Gmail send mails into SPAM folderā€¦

Then nothing. Remain with the emails if it sends in the Spam folder, or program something that accesses the Gmail API and then deletes all the messages from [email protected] permanently, that you need to run every once in a time you receive another message from them!

I will definately not fix something thatā€™s not my errorā€¦

If you canā€™t fix this Iā€™ll review you negatively on Trust Pilot, as promisedā€¦

@Admin

I get the problem. You donā€™t want the messages at all. However, it would appear that you copy pasted the email, but Iā€™m not sure the address ([email protected]) is correct. Plus, this couldā€™ve been fabricated. Could you please screenshot the email and post that here, instead of just coping and pasting it? That would be much more believable proof.

I donā€™t have to prove anything to you sir, donā€™t care if you believe me or notā€¦ The only one that should care and take look at this is @Admin himself!

Heā€™s not going to believe you without a screenshot either. I had already thought you were lying, and now I believe so even more. If you were telling the truth, I wouldnā€™t have even had to ask for one.

Iā€™ll say it once again, I DONā€™T CARE WHAT YOU THINKā€¦ Besides @Admin is tracking this issue for about a week now and weā€™ve already talked via PMā€¦

If you want to go off topic, or start some kind of a flame war, I will undoubtedly report youā€¦

Let @Admin decide what to do with this, as this does not concern youā€¦

Iā€™m sorry, but it looks like you make plenty of assumptions here. Why do you say this message is spam and why do say that the resource usage is fake?

This is an informational message specially generated for you notifying you that your resource limit is high and that you may want to do something about it. If you check the graphs in the control panel, you should be able to confirm that your daily usage is over 50% of the limit. This is not bulk emailing and not just advertising.

What exactly is the issue here you would like to be addressed? Is the problem that your resource usage is high without an apparent cause? Or the fact that you get warned about your resource usage being high?

If itā€™s the former, then know that Iā€™m already aware of something going on with the resource limits and Iā€™m trying to work with iFastNet to get this issue addressed.

If itā€™s the latter, then Iā€™m sorry to say that there is no way to disable these usage warnings at this time. All I can recommend is to setup a filter in your email software to delete these messages.

No, the problem here as I told you vĆa PM is that I DONā€™T HAVE ANYTHING HOSTED HERE. ā€¦
So, how Im supposedly using resources? ???

This only means that this resources utilisation messages are just a bunch of SPAM and InfinityFree is just faking them in order to force an upgrade which I dont care because again I DONā€™T HAVE ANYTHING HOSTED HERE.

Fix it or get a negative review, I wont accept this bully behavior anymore. ā€¦ @Admin

Iā€™m sorry, but at this time this message was sent, your hosting account was still active. So while

I DONā€™T HAVE ANYTHING HOSTED HERE

is true right now, it wasnā€™t true at the time the quoted message was sent.

Did you have any domains on the account at that time? And if you didnā€™t, when exactly did you remove those domains?

Also, can you for a moment stop writing in all caps and answer the question I asked you: what is actually the problem you would like me to address?

Are you kidding me??? I have received more than 5 messages already, the Last one was two days ago. ā€¦ for almost 2 months now that I dont have anything hosted here and since then Ive been receiving just SPAM. ā€¦

You didnt even care to read the date of the mail copy ive posted here at the beginning

So, you either are lying or you dont have a clue on whats happening here. ā€¦ what are you trying to hide here ( probably the mess of a system that infinityfree has???) @Admin

PS: Im saving all this juicy topic for my review at trustpilot, this is getting soo interesting nowā€¦

You say you had nothing hosted here, but you did have an active hosting account. Why?

I donā€™t have detailed logs on what happened on any account at any time. All I can see is whether an account was active or not, which it was. Maybe youā€™re right and there really was nothing. But, I have no way to check whether thatā€™s actually the case, or whether there is just some abandoned, forgotten site which is still getting traffic. And I cannot submit a proper issue report without any sort of proof that that is not the case.

No. Iā€™m dead serious. Iā€™m dead seriously trying my best to help you, but youā€™re making this very hard.

Yes, I read the date. In fact, I paid special attention to that date when looking at the time you closed your account. Which was later that same day. So at the time this message was sent, your account was still active. And the usage which generate this email was generated before the message was sent, not afterwards, which happened on an active account.

And once again, you overlook the most crucial part of my response: WHAT IS ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO ADDRESS?

Please do believe me when I say that I really, really want to help you. But I canā€™t do that until you answer that question. Youā€™ve spent plenty of words on complaints, demands and threats, so will you please spend some of those words to try and work with me instead of against me?

It is dead simpleā€¦ I donā€™t want ANY mail coming from InfinityFree even if it is SPAMā€¦ And even more if I have a ā€œghostā€, deactivated account using ghostly resources.

This is what panel shows when I loginā€¦

Your account was Deactivated

You deactivated your account yourself.

Click the button below to reactivate your account immediately.

If you donā€™t do anything, your account will be deleted automatically after 60 days. Accounts cannot be deleted earlier on request.

And this deactivation was long time ago!!!..

I cannot be more clear, if you still donā€™t understand my request nor can address this problem then Iā€™m sorry but the review is going to happenā€¦ @Admin

#FREETHEGHOST , and have a wonderful day!

Thank you for clarifying what exactly I can do for you. Knowing that is the key to be able to help you at all.

Iā€™m sorry, but the data Iā€™m looking at (and you can look at as well), does not support that statement.

If you click the Deactivation History of the account, you will see that the account was suspended at 2019-06-26 20:40 (UTC). So that was after you received the last email. The only other times your account was offline was because of suspensions.

Also, looking at the account, it seems that it was suspended on the same day for a file you uploaded. If you did not, as you said, have ā€œANYTHING HOSTED HEREā€, how and why were you uploading WordPress plugins?

Note especially that installation scripts usually involve making lots of changes, which can cause high CPU usage.

Maybe Iā€™m overlooking some details here, but I find very little evidence to support your statement that you really did not have anything on our service. Am I overlooking something?

If you donā€™t want to receive any more email from us, the best way to do that is to deactivate all hosting accounts, wait for them to be fully deleted, and then delete the client profile. That way, weā€™ll delete your email address from our systems and not send you any email ever.

For as long as you have an account with us, we may send you email to keep you informed regarding important status information of your account. After all, if your WordPress site would be receiving production traffic, you would want to know that itā€™s at risk of suspension, wouldnā€™t you?

Please, CAREFULLY, read the date, specially the MONTH part, and compare with this

Date: Fri, 26 Jul 2019 00:02:20 -0400 (EDT) (last spam Iā€™ve received)

Can you spot the difference?? @Admin

#FREETHEGHOST

Yep, I can spot the difference now, but I completely overlooked it before. Iā€™m so sorry about this.

This changes everything. A suspended account cannot and should not generate any load, so I have no idea why this email was sent, but I can say itā€™s incorrect. And now I have a strong case to investigate. Iā€™m going to look into this and let you know know if I learn anything more. Thank you for pointing this out!
