As I told you in your other topic:
To elaborate on this: it means that you cannot host ANY webmail software on our hosting, because the necessary functions to use it are disabled.
Softaculous has a few other apps in the Mails category, like Webmail Lite, Squirrel Mail and Rainloop. You can try them if you want, but I cannot guarantee you that any of them will work well (or at all) on our hosting.
