I am considering buying the premium hosting, but one thing that is essential for me is the API requests being enabled, I am aware that free plans currently have this feature blocked, so I would like to know if the feature is unlocked on premium hostings.

As you can read in that article:

On premium hosting, this security system is not present

So you’ll have no problems hosting your API on premium hosting.
