Yes, premium hosting doesn’t have the security system that free hosting does so more things will work. SSL certificates are irrelevant. You can get premium hosting from InfinityFree’s partner iFastNet, and have them migrate your account to their service.
However, you should check iFastNet’s terms of service first, to make sure your project is something you’re allowed to host on their shared web hosting service.
