I think its a restriction in my website. Can I alow it through .htaccess.

We don’t block ads.txt. If you blocked it through your .htaccess, that means you can unblock it as well.

I see you’re rewriting everything to the webroot/ folder. So if you’re uploading additional domains, please make sure to upload them to the webroot folder as well.
