All wordpress files gone, except directories - how to fix?

i can login with ftp no problem

with the softalicious no install is shown (both original and staged are not shown …)

I deleted some off-topic replies. To summarize the current situation: Around the 6th of February, we experienced a technical issue where all files on hosting volumes vol1_7, vol1_8 and vol2_8 were lost. We were able to recover a backup of volumes vol1_7 and vol1_8 from September last year, and were able to restore it to most accounts.
