I had my files hacked and had my account suspended,i contacted support and they said the removed the files and my account should be good in 10 minutes but then all my accounts were gone?
Check with support. We cannot help you here

As far as I can tell, it appears that you were indeed told that the account would be reactivated, but this doesn’t appear to have actually happened.
Unfortunately, because of this, the normal account deletion process went into effect, and the account was deleted just under a month after it was suspended, and 5 days after the last ticket reply.
As regrettable as these circumstances are (and arguably our fault), your accounts are deleted now, and once an account is deleted, it is simply impossible to recover it.
While the account not being reactivated when we said it would be is definitely on us, if someone tells you it should work in 10 minutes, please don’t wait for days for it to start working. Accidents happen, so if someone says 10 minutes and it’s still not working after 30 minutes, that’s a good reason to reply to the ticket to ask how the reactivation is coming along.
