I created a support ticket, but I’m really confused why.
The people at the support system will answer you.
This is something between you and support. People in a forum can’t help you with this, we have no idea about the decisions made by iFastnet.
There are many other reasons you may have been suspended, such as:
Most likley if they all got suspended (happened to me too before) it’s just a false positive.
Ok… they didn’t reply yet.
I thought IF answered the tickets through the MOFH admin panel?
My friends have accounts on my IP (2)… so did IF think that I created 2 more accounts?
Yeah it’s slow during non working hours and weekends.
No they don’t, that only works on the control panel. iFastNet is in charge of answering the tickets on InfinityFree’s support system, which is separate to whatever support system MyOwnFreeHost offers. How the admin managed to set that up to get iFastNet to automatically reply, I don’t know
Either way, forums are meant for community support, and we don’t have access to the support tickets. As I said before:
I know I definitely can’t access the support tickets, so I doubt anyone else can.
Potentially, but (I don’t think) it has to do with where the client area account was created, I think it has to do with the actual hosting account.
Plus, I don’t think that it would be very smart for a system to assume that two accounts made on the same IP are from the same person. People might share IP addresses, and there are also public networks and VPNs.
Lol
@cookie1982, the reason for suspension (Found via email or on the “Deatiavted” page may be able to give you more detail. Also, iFastNet dosen’t have prompt response time on weekends like @FreeServices said.
Ok… also, they haven’t replied and it’s been 3 hours.
They usually reply in 15-30 min… and no one replied.
Also, my friends’ accounts ALSO got suspended.
On the deactivated page, it just says ‘suspended for abuse.’
Same in the email:
(also i got emails like this for all my hosting accounts)
It’s also a weekend. Support might have limited hours. It usually takes them 24 hours to respond to me, maybe you have gotten lucky in the past.
IP’s may have something to do with it, especially if the accounts are continually logged into by the same computer. You should think of this in the way that the computer will, as that is what suspending the accounts.
Well they do use the same laptop as me…
lol indeed, that’s what happens when you turn off your spell checker.

Generally, on working hours on weekdays, they respond really quick - less than a minute. This usually works out fine, but if you need support off those hours…
24 hours
They won’t get back to you for the rest of the day… , just go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning all your support tickets will be magically answered :D! (hopefully…)
Well they do use the same laptop as me…
I see how someone might get suspicious about that, it might be hard to prove its true (not saying it’s not)
Well they do use the same laptop as me…
That’s probably why. The computer sees two accounts created on the same PC, and being used on the same PC. You will now have to convince iFastNet that what your telling us is true. Good Luck!
I hope that this helps:
I think what you’re best off doing is, telling your friends to backup (!!) and delete their accounts made on the same IP address, and then re-creating the accounts themselves on their own devices. Assuming they don’t live with you.
And it might not be that reason, you might have violated a term you may not have known about. Here’s a small list, are you positive it didn’t include any of these:
- Pornographic/adult content
- Proxy scripts
- Chat scripts
- Bitcoin / cryptocurrency faucet sites
- File sharing / file storage scripts
- Autolike scripts
- Hacking scripts / PHP shell scripts
- Phishing
- Mass mail scripts
- Website scraping/crawling/downloading scripts
- Torrents
- Warez
- Cracked/pirated content of any kind
You might of had some files that weren’t in use, so the system thought you were hosting files. Or maybe you had cracked/nulled software or themes or plugins, etc.? You might have, and not even know it.
Did you use an ad-blocker? Apparently using one will result in termination, but I highly doubt that that’s the case.
And as for all your accounts being suspended? If a violation is really serious, they ban all your accounts. And I would assume it thinks that the other accounts on the same IP are the same account.
same PC
Actually, I don’t think that it logs your device, I think it’s just the IP.

Really, you shouldn’t worry much. It most likely is the multiple accounts, or a false positive, so just do what I said and you should be fine.
See The Rules Fist of All Terms of Service - InfinityFree
Well they do use the same laptop as me…
And a similar email address and a similar forum name.
“A friend did this” is one of the most common excuses we get for bad content.
Which in your case, is a nulled IP.Boards installation.

I was just testing it out to see how old IP.Board used to look - i wasn’t going to use it for long
It doesn’t matter. You must always follow the TOS. Failure to do so will get you suspended.
I deleted it.
