"all free subdomains have SSL by default" issue

Website URL

(please specify the URL of the site on which you are experiencing the problem)

I understand that all free subdomains have SSL by default, but it just doesn´t work with mine. Is there anything I can do to solve this? Thanks.

This is because your site enforces the WWW. subdomain, please turn it off

Thanks for your prompt response. May I know where I can turn it off? thanks.

I’m not sure how WordPress works, but when i check your site it seems to only have default stuff. Maybe try re-installing via Softaculous and NOT selecting www?

Since your site is a WordPress site:

  1. Login to your Admin Panel in WordPress
  2. Go to Settings, then General
  3. Change WordPress URL and Site URL to your URL without WWW
  4. Scroll down, then click Save Changes
