I was using file manager to manage my website well. But one day, all the files in file manager are gone. So I managed to connect ftp using filezilla, and when I looked at htdocs files there, all the files including htaccess were gone. And yet, except for some, the homepage still works fine.my website
plz help me…
I checked your account in the file manager and I can see a completely normal list of files in the htdocs folder of your website.

And to be clear, I am checking the hosting account with username if0_38459239, because that’s the account actually hosting that subdomain.
Ohh what the… because of my mistake, I am logging in if_38458812. But its website name is also jjabybms.free.nf. I don’t know how these names are same. And It causes my mistake… by the way it is my mistake, and this problem is solved. Thank you for your help, and I’m sorry for taking up your time.

You are probably looking at the label of the hosting account. You can even change it to “Website for google.com” or something like that, because it doesn’t actually tell you what website it has.
Hi there, I think It’s because of the Cache, I have faced to this problem once and deleted the cache and It worked perfectly.
