Hi. Welcome to the forum.

That file seems like it is related to Duotune. Is this a plugin or theme that you installed on WordPress? If you remove the plugin does it fix the problem?

That looks like as if a WordPress core file is missing. That can be caused by an update to WordPress going wrong. This is how you can fix it:

How can i get that file. i tried getting it from downloading wordpress again but can’t find it there if you can help please help
