When I enter the admin page, I see an error 404. The site is working and there are no problems, but the admin page does not work and this error 404 appears.

what did you use to create this website and should it have an admin page ?

Yes, it should contain an administrative page, but this error appears to me even though I added all the files correctly, but this error appears to me when I open the admin page, and I want to solve it. Can you help me with that please?
