I can’t receive any email. I’ve read it’s possible that the problem it’s because I have an extra MX Record here at InfinityFree i try to deleted i have this message error :

Error #459346986 Please contact supportMX Records can not be altered on subdomains

can you plz help me

Where did you exactly read that this was a problem? The official KB article clearly states that it is definitely not a problem:
