Add custom domain

This morning, the website was working fine on the subdomain; it was running smoothly. However, when I added the custom domain, I started experiencing this issue. Initially, I thought it might be due to the SSL certificate, but even after uploading the SSL certificate, the problem hasn’t been resolved yet.

I can’t understand sir please resolve my issue

Please this is my storage what I need to edit??

Hi and welcome to the forum!

As this message says at the top of the file, “DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE”. This .htaccess file does not affect your website; you’ll need to add your settings to your website’s .htaccess file, which is located in your website’s htdocs folder, in your case, in the knowledgehub.great-site.net/htdocs and knowledgehub.world/htdocs folders depending on which domain you want to alter the settings for.
