This morning, the website was working fine on the subdomain; it was running smoothly. However, when I added the custom domain, I started experiencing this issue. As this message says at the top of the file, “DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE”. This .htaccess file does not affect your website; you’ll need to add your settings to your website’s .htaccess file, which is located in your website’s htdocs folder, in your case, in the knowledgehub.great-site.net/htdocs and knowledgehub.world/htdocs folders depending on which domain you want to alter the settings for.
