Add custom domain failing

Error Message

Your domain is not yet pointing to our nameservers ns1. infinityfree. com and ns2. infinityfree. com

Other Information

I see the message - “Your domain name is verified and ready to be added! One validation is complete, so click the Add Domain button to add it to your account!” In the nameserver validation section it says “You can skip this step! CNAME validation is already complete. Please click the button below to add your domain name.”

I have used cname validation and this has been recognised….

Desired CNAME target ns1. byet. org
Current CNAME target ns1. byet. org

But when I click the add domain button it thinks about it then displays the error message above about nameservers. I want to use the cname method and cannot change the DNS servers as it will break too many things.

The client area and the backend hosting servers have independent checks so it’s entirely possible for the client area to detect the record while the hosting servers doesn’t.

Please give it some more time.
