Hey there. Can you check and see if you site is actually suspended? Check and see if you got an email or if there is a message on the client area.
Thanks.
Thank you for your reply. There’s no any message or email. The account status is active.
Please remove the forwarding if it’s possible.
Thanks.
Ok, this must be part of the errors associated with the server upgrade than.
Unfortunately, as this is a server error, no one will be able to remove this until iFastNet gets it fixed. Also, only Admin is actually a staff member (Technically the owner), the rest of us are unpaid volunteers (We do it cause its fun and we enjoy helping others!)
Hopefully this gets solved soon!
On InfinityFree, anything that is of “Pornographic/adult” nature is banned. Please see Section 10 of the TOS. Your domain name was most likely suspended because of this.

Additionally, see Section 6 Subsection “You agree to not use the Service to” points 1 and 11.
I hope this helps you!
EDIT: This IS NOT legal advice! I am not a lawyer, just an avid reader!
Thank you so much Admin
Hi, thank you for the prompt response. I’ll be awaiting for the next update regarding this…
It seems that FTP issues are also part of the errors given during this outage. One of the common errors is the “Directory not avalible” one.
Thanks.
My website is still redirects to Suspended Domain page.
Account Status is active
Website URL :- examnet.rf.gd
I have checked all the URLs in this topic posted since my last message. Most of them either:
- Work properly.
- Have been deleted already (or just redirect to a Bods parking page).
- Are actually suspended.
Only one site matches the description, which is bereza.in.ua from @irbera. I’m going to try to get that one fixed.
Please my Active account is redirected to suspendeDomain: My URL is http://repsol.epizy.com
Just repeating again: this issue is about domain names on active hosting accounts.
If your domain was suspended, it always redirects to suspendeddomain.org. If you removed the domain name from your account before the DNS is updated, it always redirects to suspendeddomain.org. This is all normal and not part of the issue of this article.
As per the Outage Communication Rules, such posts have been removed.
I’m looking into the other sites.
Thank you so much for your fix, dear Admin!
I just deleted some posts.
Repeating once again: this is only for ACTIVE accounts. If your account is suspended, it will redirect to suspendeddomain.org. That is normal, not part of this issue. Please do not post such messages here.
