Hello, my website is redirecting to the suspension error page mentioned above, but my account appears to be completely active.

​Here is what my Client Area shows:

  • ​My daily resource usage graphs (CPU, RAM, Hits) are all sitting at 0%.

  • ​My Deactivation History only shows an old suspension for inactivity from December 2025 (which was reactivated on Jan 2, 2026). There are no recent suspensions listed.

​Troubleshooting I have already done:

  • ​Cleared browser cache and cookies.

  • ​Tested on multiple networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data) and in Incognito mode.

  • ​Verified that my website files are still intact inside the htdocs folder.

​It looks like my account might be desynced on the backend, or there is an issue with the .gt.tc registry. Could an admin please take a look and re-sync my account?

I checked your website and it seems to be working fine from here. Looking at your account, I also don’t see any records of recent suspensions or anything else that could explain this behavior.
