Account / Website Deletion

PLEASE…

A way to either delete our account or website, I’ve created many support tickets to change my domain or delete my website since the project I was working on got abandoned, and yet still no answer, please add this feature or answer your support tickets about Account / Website Deletions…

Hello,

Please contact the server ownerat http://Support.iFastNet.net and create a support account with your registered hosting account email you use at InfinityFree. Once you have done this request for your account to be deleted and your domains will then redirect to http://SuspendedDomain.org for about 80 days and then after 90 days your account will be deleted permantly. If you want to keep your account but not a certain domain though, just remove it from the add-on domains section in your control panel.

Warm Regards,
Kieran

Deleting accounts is currently not supported. However, if you stop using your account, it will automatically be deleted after some time. So if you don’t need your account anymore, you can just forget about it.

They are deleted 90 days after suspension unless the website revives under 25 views in 3 months then it will be automatically removed by the system.

Can I not delete the domain from the “add-on domains” section and then create a new one? just like I’m creating a new account?

If you have access to the addon domains section: sure, I see no reason as to why that wouldn’t work!

I’ve deleted the domain from the “addon-domains”. and I’ve created a new one under the “subdomains” sections, now there’s only one problem, I can’t create e-mail accounts.

It’s sadly not possible to create e-mail accounts for subdomains on free hosting.

Great, gotta love it :((
