I was in my wordpress setting up my new site, and i got a notification that my account is temp. suspended cuz of the daily hit limits… How is this possible? The site didnt even have anyone else inside but me, no customers, no visitors… I had net disconnections today cuz of electricity blackout in my area.
It also looks like your Entry Process Limit also went over.
Where and how were you told that your account was suspended for hitting the hits limit? Everything I see indicates an Entry Process suspension, not a hits suspension. If it said anywhere you were suspended for hitting the hits limit, that’s wrong and should be fixed.
Hello Admin, today i see the right script about entry process suspension. Yesterday my primary page has a daily hits suspension script. Maybe a fault script? Ok so i wait another 8 hours and then i will have access again? Last thing i want to ask is, sometimes here in my area, we have blackouts and i have to refresh my page, that counts as entry hit?
Yes. But if you are constantly hitting this limit, your site probably has a lot of visitors and you should probably upgrade to premium hosting. Also, Admin said that your account has not been suspended for the hits limit, only the EP limit.
I checked your account’s history but the current Entry Process suspension is the only suspension that has occurred on your site as far as we know. So whatever happened yesterday, it wasn’t a suspension.
