My account has been suspended for the second time, the first time only minutes of been created without a single file uploaded, and the reactivated, after 1 month and 26 days of being online today again suspended, the reasons? Because… Created a support ticket and recived a automated reply.

After almost 2 months of hosting Coat-of-arms and flags, suddenly the content is forbidden, why? Are images of flags and coat-of-arms considered pornography or sommething? I dont understand the reason. Help.

I just tried to view your page to see what happens if you look up a suspended site. Something particularly interesting resulted: Norton cut in and blocked it as a dangerous site. There’s likely something on your site which is up to no good, and if you don’t know what it is, you need to explore that because it must have been infected with malware.
The third reply on the ticket:
Your free account content has triggered our systems abuse filter detectors and has been suspended, sorry we cannot provide more detailed information about our abuse filter detection for security purposes. A full backup can be downloaded from : bla bla bla…
So the reason for the suspention was, because of reasons… So no help what so ever to correct the suposed problem, wich of course there was none, is zero, because of secrecy or has whe say in Portugal, pay up and shut up, since there where zero scripts, programs or executable files, all that was there was text and images about heraldry and flags. Off course they proposed a payed version… This is utter b.s… Never again… allmost 3 months of hard work puting up the site gone down the drain. Classification of this host? Minus five stars.
What about my domain name that was linked to the infinityfree hosting (fisicohomepage.ga), i want to use it and can not access the option on cpanel to release that domain, is it going to be sequestered until 2 months from now, or there is a way to use MY domain name again to use on a more decent host?
