I have read the KB article about suspended accounts. I have checked in my panel and I don’t see a button that says my account is suspended even though it is redirecting to the suspended page
The domain you’ve pasted on this topic is the Main Domain. That’s why you can access it directly; it can only be used for pointing the domain to the hosting after adding it on the Control Panel by using their nameservers via other nameservers.

The domain ee7hnxge.epizy.com is not assigned to any hosting account right now as a website domain, but it is the main domain of an account. Note that a main domain will never show your website. This is completely normal and doesn’t say anything about the status of your account.

If you check the actual website domain name assigned to your account, you will see it does not redirect to suspendeddomain.org.
