Hello, dear support team.
My account was recently suspended, and I believe it may have been due to an accidentally uploaded PHP script that is not allowed under your terms. I deeply apologize for this mistake — I didn’t intend to violate any rules.
However, I had several important websites and personal projects on this account that were not related to the script in question. I understand if the account cannot be reactivated, but I kindly ask if it’s possible to temporarily restore access or provide a download link to my files so I can back them up and move them elsewhere.
I truly appreciate your free service and would be very grateful if you could help me recover my data.

You can send a support ticket in the client area where you can ask to be reactivated. If the support staff won’t do that, they’ll usually be willing to generate a backup for you (with the occasional exception of extreme rule violations). See the following article for more detailed instructions.
