Hello,

My hosting account (Username: if0_41430368) has been suspended. I believe I hit the daily server limits while setting up Firebase authentication on my WordPress site.

I urgently need to take a full backup of my WordPress files and database so I can migrate the site to a more stable environment.

Could you please let me know when the account will be reactivated, or if there’s any way to access the file manager just to download my backup?

If it is a temporary suspension it will be reactivated in 24 hours. Otherwise, you’ll have to open a support ticket in the client area.

Make sure you always have a backup of your files, no matter where you host your website.
