In order to get a backup, you’ll need to raise a ticket from your dashboard for IFastNet to look at.
As long as there wasn’t a serious TOC breach they are usually ok to provide a backup.
If its only a 24 hour ban (hits limit ect) you’ll have to wait out the 24 hours then manually back up yoursite
