Hello Support Team,
My hosting account was suspended due to CPU limit while I was trying to create a backup using UpdraftPlus plugin to migrate my website to a new host.
I understand this caused high CPU usage. I will not use UpdraftPlus again.
Request: Please unsuspend my account for 2-3 hours OR provide me temporary access to File Manager and phpMyAdmin only. I just need to download my website files (wp-content folder) and database export so I can complete the migration.
Once I download the backup, I will not use the free hosting account again.
