Account suspended and unable to open support ticket

My account has been suspended due to exceeding EP limits. I am fine to wait for access to the website, but would like to open a support ticket to have FTP access, so that I can access my files and work offline. However, there seems to be no way of opening a ticket as when I try to click Create a New Ticket or Open Support Ticket, it brings me back to the same page.

If you have exceeded a limit then your account will get re-activated after 24h. When your account gets reactivated you will have access to all tools and services (FTP, MySQL etc.)
