Account suspended and supposed to be reactivated 3 days ago

What I’m seeing is: iFastnet.com Special offer and Discount Coupon and this message on my account: Your account was suspended because you hit the MySQL Usage Limit .Your account is in queue to be reactivated and will be reactivated momentarily.

Additional information: I get why my site was suspended (I achieved the maximum traffic) however, this happened on Friday April 19 and the site was supposed to be back up on Saturday April 20. It’s now Tuesday April 23 and I still have the same message. It’s supposed to be a 24h deactivation and now it have been deactivated for more than 72h. Any admin who could look into it and see what’s the issue?

It looks like your account was suspended for another reason than going over the daily limit. Unfortunately, the daily limit reason code was used for this, which is why the information in the client area was not correct.
