i was taking a backup through updraftplus plugin it was taking time then usual and then it just said domain suspended

Also, just to let you know, we do not recommend the use of backup plugins. In fact, that backup plugin might be the very reason that you hit the CPU limit to begin with.

The most reliable way to backup your website is to just download the website files and extract the database. This method works for any site of any size and doesn’t consume any hosting account resources.
