hi, my account suddenly become suspended for no reason while using. I tried to create a ticket but the link was not working.
Check the mail. There reason for suspension properly mentioned

I have checked my email and there was no warning or notice for the suspension. appreciate advise and help to reinstate back account.
It seems something went wrong and your suspension was not recorded by the client area. That’s fixed now, so you can now submit a ticket.
Please make sure to submit a ticket from the client area, the one in the control panel doesn’t do anything.
