# Account stuck in processing — please preserve/recover my existing WordPress files and database

Hello InfinityFree Support,
My hosting account is stuck in “Account stuck in processing” status.
Hosting account: if0\_43008524
Additional domain: [leonardpeterweb.infinityfreeapp.com](http://leonardpeterweb.infinityfreeapp.com)
My WordPress website stopped working and was showing a database connection/selection error. The account is still visible in my Client Area, but it is stuck in processing.
I need to recover my existing WordPress website without losing the files or MySQL database.
Could you please:
1. Confirm whether my existing htdocs files are still intact.
2. Confirm whether my existing MySQL database and WordPress tables are still intact.
3. Confirm whether the account can be reactivated/fixed once the current “Account stuck in processing” incident is resolved.
4. If reactivation is not possible, please advise whether I can obtain a backup/export of the existing website files and database before creating a replacement account.
Please do not delete or recreate my account/database while investigating, as I need to preserve my existing WordPress content.

**None of us except Admin (the owner) works at InfinityFree**
Your account is still activated, the “Account stuck on progressing” banner doesn’t mean that your account is deactivated or deleted.

Yes, yes and yes.
Your account was stuck in processing. Once it gets processed, it will be reactivated or suspended, depending on what the status change actually was. After that, you should be able to reactivate or deactivate it as normal.
As with any other account suspension, it only locks your account contents in place, and specifically does not make any modifications to it. I see nothing to suggest that this would be any different this time.
